Our client chose Syscomax to develop a rental housing project on their land in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Together with our multidisciplinary team, the project took shape, and Le Saint-Louis was born. Designed by our architect, Jean-François Dupuis, Le Saint-Louis is a multi-residential building boasting 51 units over three floors and a total living area of 91,180 sq.ft. with an elevator and a one-storey underground parking lot sure to stimulate this sector of the city.
The project will be built using a prefabricated structure, and its clay brick exterior and pre-painted steel siding will lend it a chic and contemporary look. The building’s landscaped interior garden will allow tenants to enjoy an oasis of greenery that invites them to relax and contemplate their surroundings.
The building will be energy efficient and sustainable, with greater building envelope insulation, energy efficient ventilation equipment, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and several electric vehicle charging stations.
On September 14, almost a month to the day from the project's start-up, the official groundbreaking ceremony took place in the company of the Mayor of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, the local municipal councillor, the investors, and members of the Syscomax team involved in the project.
We’re confident that this building, scheduled for delivery in July 2023, will be another project worthy of the Syscomax seal of quality!
