A FORWARD-LOOKING VISION

Founded in 1988, Syscomax has always had a clear vision: To move beyond the conventional and create an innovative construction company that stands out for its uniqueness. Over the years, this vision has been Syscomax’s driving force and led it to become an integrated, proactive, structured and creative company.

In 2016, Mélissa and Jean-Philip Robitaille, who had already been intensively involved with the company for over 15 years, took up its management. As co-presidents, they led the company through a successful transition and, today, they continue to work tirelessly. While maintaining the excellent reputation established by the company’s founder, they work hard to take Syscomax to ever greater heights.

For each project, Syscomax leverages its full potential to position itself as the most visionary general contractor in North America. Yes, this is a big challenge. But just look at our team go!

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Not only are we good at what we do, but we’re generous, too! Community involvement is an integral part of our corporate culture. Since its inception, the company has contributed to many community organizations, including Moisson Laurentides. For many years, Syscomax has supported the fundraising activities of the Hôpital régional de Saint-Jérôme, and Sylvain Robitaille has been a board member of its Foundation since 2011.

In the spring of 2014, Mélissa Robitaille was Honorary President of the Fondation autisme Laurentides walk. The Syscomax team also contributed to the refurbishment of the Saint-Jérôme and Blainville respite homes (maisons de répit). For his part, Jean-Philip Robitaille recently joined the Board of Directors of Pallia-Vie, a palliative care home.

Finally, since 2017, the Syscomax family has taken up the challenge of Make-A-Wish® Quebec’s 48-hour ride.

Every year, Syscomax managers and employees are committed to giving back to society!
