Since 1992, Farinex has turned to Syscomax for several of its building projects. This longstanding relationship rests on a strong, successful partnership. Today, we are proud to announce a new project to renovate and expand Farinex’s facilities at two of the company’s Boisbriand warehouses. The new designs were developed by our architect, Jean-François Dupuis.
The first warehouse to be renovated houses Farinex’s main operations. The project has two main objectives: the complete renovation of the 2-level office space located within the warehouse and the extension of the 380 sq. ft. (35 m2) mezzanine.
Farinex’s second warehouse, adjacent to the first, will also be renovated. Our team will be transforming a space totalling 4,460 sq. ft. (414 m2). Work will involve the meticulous demolition of existing walls, ceilings and ceramic cladding on both the first floor and mezzanine.
More generally, these projects will allow Farinex to optimize its operations and modernize its infrastructure, putting the company in an even stronger position for future growth.
