Building on the success of the first phase, we are delighted to announce the start of work on Phase 2 of the In Via residential project, located on Roger-Thomas Street in the Saint-Janvier sector of Mirabel. This new phase aims to expand the region’s rental stock by 34 new units.
Work began on September 29, with delivery scheduled for July 1, 2026. The building will maintain the high standards established in the first phase, both in architectural design and energy performance. In line with this approach, energy efficiency remains at the core of the project, with a commitment to exceeding the requirements of the 2017 National Energy Code for Buildings (NECB), notably through a 40% reduction in GHG emissions.
Designed by Coursol Miron Architectes, the building will reflect the aesthetic and functional style of Phase 1. It will boast bright, well-designed living spaces and common areas that encourage interaction among residents. The layout, for its part, will offer a warm, modern and convenient living environment in line with In Via’s values.
Residents will also enjoy quick access to services, a green environment and a building designed with both private and social spaces in mind. The interior aesthetics, developed in partnership with LT Intérieurs, will feature a design that balances modern simplicity with natural textures, offering significant flexibility in terms of layout.
This project is part of a three-phase master plan that will help meet the growing demand for quality housing in Mirabel. We are proud to pursue this adventure with our client, Construction Magellan, and to actively contribute to the creation of sustainable and inspiring living environments.
