Continuing the business relationship established in 2018, following the construction of phases 1 and 2 of the DekHockey St-Eustache building, the owners of this recreational complex have entrusted a third mandate to the Syscomax team.
Situated on the west side, adjacent to Phase 2, in order to optimize the available land, the next phase of this Saint-Eustache project will see the expansion of the existing building. Phase 3 includes two new playing fields to meet the growing popularity of Dekhockey St-Eustache and an enlarged parking lot that will add 114 spaces in front of and to the side of the building.
The new expansion was designed by Jean-François Dupuis; Acier Cartier has been mandated to build the structure. This new phase will exceed 24,000 sq. ft., with more than 18,000 sq. ft. devoted to new playing fields outfitted with large-capacity bleachers. A 5,860-sq.-ft. service area will also be built, complete with toilets and showers. This service area will also be designed to eventually accommodate a sporting goods store, storage area for the restaurant and bar, and a small training room for private sessions and employees. The mezzanine, currently undeveloped, will add a further 5,840 sq. ft. to the overall area.
In total, Dekhockey St-Eustache will have six indoor and two outdoor playing fields. Are you game to play?
