Clinique dentaire des Cimes

In March 2024, Syscomax delivered the new facilities for Clinique dentaire des Cimes: a commercial building located along Route 117 in Val-David. Covering an area of 10,350 ft² (962 m²), the new minimalist building houses the company's operations, as well as two rental spaces on the^2nd floor.

Designed by Carta Architecte + Designer, the project’s architectural vision takes its inspiration from the natural environment, preserving existing vegetation and using natural light to the best advantage inside the building. The choice of materials, including wood for the frame and cedar and stone for the exterior cladding, blends seamlessly with the Nordic landscape.

“It was very pleasant to work with the clinic's owner, Mr. Grondin, because we felt his confidence from the very first meetings. He was energetic and very involved in his project. Like us, he wanted the final product to be beautiful and of high quality,” emphasizes Mélissa Robitaille, President and CEO of Syscomax.
