In Via – Phase 1

The In Via – Phase 1 project, completed in Mirabel for our client Construction Magellan, consists of a four-storey rental building with 32 residential units, including an underground parking garage for residents. Located on Roger-Thomas Street in the Saint-Janvier sector, this multi-residential building was designed to optimize the use of the site while offering a pleasant and functional living environment.

Delivered using a design-build approach, the project was carried out from August 2024 to June 2025. It was developed with a strong focus on energy performance, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40% compared with the recommendations of the 2017 National Energy Code for Buildings (NECB).

Designed in collaboration with the architecture firm Coursol – Miron Architectes and LT Intérieurs for the interior design, the project highlights warm and contemporary spaces. The common areas stand out through the integration of textured and colourful materials, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. The residential units feature a minimalist and timeless design, with kitchens and bathrooms finished in greige tones and enhanced by travertine-style flooring.

This new building is part of a rapidly growing residential development in Mirabel. Phase 2 is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in summer 2026.
