Valdev 2

The partnership between Syscomax and property developer Valdev began in 2015, when we built a 170,270-sq.-ft. industrial building, located in the Valdev industrial complex in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, for the company.

In 2018, Valdev once again turned to Syscomax when it came time to build Valdev 2, an impressive building housing rental spaces for warehousing and receiving/shipping of goods. Occupying a 153,668-sq.-ft. area, the building was successfully delivered in just under one year.

The main façade, which contains the administrative area, is composed of architectural blocks, corrugated steel cladding, large windows and Norex insulated steel panels. The other walls are clad with Norex-type insulated steel panels and feature 10 loading dock doors and two 16' x 18' doors, providing direct access to the building’s interior.

Syscomax is proud to have participated in this project, which expands Valdev’s building footprint, while pursuing a trusted business relationship that began years ago.
