Demand for industrial rental spaces is currently exploding, however supply is very scarce. To address this situation, the Robitaille (Syscomax) family, in partnership with Edifis and Aéroport de Montréal (ADM) companies, joined forces to create a series of several rental buildings adapted for the storage and distribution of various manufacturing products.

Covering an area of 134,520 sq. ft., subdividable into six units of 22,420 sq. ft. each, the first phase, YXM 4, notably includes a steel structure with a clear height of 32 feet. In addition, the structural framework as well as the distribution of the available area are designed and adapted according to the distribution centers and the needs of the tenants. Obviously, these units are versatile and can accommodate several types of industrial businesses in the future.

Located near major highways on the Mirabel Aerocity site, the YMX 4 building offers a prime location to its customers for their commercial exchanges.

Lasting eight months, the work began in August 2021 and was completed in April 2022.
