We’re delighted to announce that our valued client Kaeser Compressors Canada has once again entrusted us for their construction needs. This represents our fourth collaboration with the compressed air engineering firm. The first phase of this major project involves the complete renovation of an existing building in Boisbriand covering some 47,000 sq. ft. (4,366 m2) which will serve as the firm’s new warehouse. Work began at the end of May, and the new facilities will be ready by October.
Our design-build model delivers efficiency and guaranteed results at each step of the construction process to meet the specific needs of our client.
This project, developed in collaboration with our architect, Jean-François Dupuis, will see the demolition of approximately 70% of the second floor slab to create a full-height storage area to accommodate Kaeser Compressors Canada’s equipment. The main challenge of this major transformation is to maintain the building’s structural integrity and future functionality. In addition to upgrading the building’s various systems, a new training room for the Kaeser Compressors Canada team will be created.
The firm’s new warehouse is another step in the successful collaboration between Kaeser Compressors Canada and Syscomax. A collaboration built on mutual trust that has only strengthened over the years.
