In 2022, active real estate developer Valdev, a major player in the development of industrial rental buildings, had to quickly meet the demand of clients looking for storage space for various products. It therefore turned to Syscomax, with whom it has completed about ten projects since 2015. This long-standing business relationship led to the construction of a 202,500 sq. ft. building located in the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield industrial park.
This was a major challenge for Syscomax, which had to complete this colossal mandate in six months, tops! But never one to shy away from a challenge, its versatile and committed team rose to the occasion with flying colours thanks to a strictly monitored schedule and outstanding communication.
This new industrial building features a cladding made mainly of corrugated steel panels, NOREX insulated steel and Alpolic aluminum. It also has 18 loading dock doors and three 15’ x 16’ doors leading directly into the building.
The space has two large 30’ x 80’ glass entrances as well as glass panels at the back, allowing natural light to enter. The LED lighting includes 267 fixtures, making the place incredibly bright.
The completion of this quality building by Syscomax, whose success is based on teamwork and synergy between the business partners, clearly demonstrates that there is strength in numbers!
