La Maison Lavande

La Maison Lavande, a family-run agri-tourism and perfumery business located in the Lower Laurentians, has enjoyed undeniable success for many years. The company needed to relocate and expand its current production center - La Fabrique des Filles - to centralize its design and manufacturing activities, and to provide a larger production area for its various lavender-derived products.

With its defined geometric lines and country-Scandinavian look, the new building is located in the Innoparc Albatros in Saint-Eustache. Designed by architect Jean-François Dupuis, winner of the Grand Prix International du Design 2021, the building complies with the latest energy-saving standards, and features impressive architecture on all facades, including abundant fenestration, curtain walls and a garden level offering magnificent views over agricultural fields. With a total surface area of 62,075 ft2 (5,767 m2) and built over two floors, La Maison Lavande's new facilities bring together the company's various departments under one roof, including a 14,440 ft2 production area, bright 9,500 ft2 administrative spaces and a vast 28,000 ft2 storage section.

After ten months of hard work, Syscomax's multidisciplinary team is honored to have participated in the design and construction of this distinctive industrial building, which perfectly reflects the unique image of this flourishing company.
