The new 10-storey Liria Saint-Jérôme development will feature two levels of underground parking and 166 rental apartments divided into studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, for a total floor area of 29,207 sq. ft. The building will also include common areas on the top floor for relaxation and leisure, complete with an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a reception room and a lounge. There will also be a terrace and community garden on the roof, and the ground floor will house various businesses catering to the needs of both tenants and the general public.
