Phase 1 will feature a 15-story residential tower with a total of 137 rental apartments, including 48 1-bedroom units, 48 2-bedroom units, 24 3-bedroom units, 12 penthouse units and 5 townhouses. The new building will also offer tenants an indoor swimming pool, a gym, collaborative spaces, as well as an indoor parking lot spread over three underground levels.
