Lanthier Bakery tasked Syscomax with the major renovations and expansion of its plant located in Baie-d’Urfé. The work was undertaken to upgrade the company’s facilities in order to accommodate its new line of brioche buns and support the company’s entry into this niche market. The new production line required the space to be expanded by 85,450 sq. ft. Covered with Norbec siding and equipped with epoxy flooring, the steel structure is housed under a roof with a single-ply TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane, known for the excellent value it offers for its durability.
