For the sake of the children, it’s mission accomplished once again!

On September 16, 17 and 18, the Syscomax cycling team, armed with calves of steel, covered more than 1,900 km to conquer the Make-A-Wish® Quebec 48-HOUR RIDE challenge.

Participants took turns riding laps on the ICAR circuit on Mirabel Airport’s main tarmac to contribute to the Make-A-Wish® Foundation Quebec’s mission. This was the fourth time Syscomax participated in this event to raise funds for sick children.

Team captain Mélissa Robitaille is very proud of the accomplishments of the Syscomax team, made up of Syscomax employees and their spouses and children and the company’s business partners. Syscomax participants surpassed their objective by raising $15,500, which will be used to grant the wishes of children suffering from serious illnesses. This cause is very dear to Syscomax, and the participants are very grateful to the event organizers for the smooth running of the 48-HOUR RIDE. Syscomax extends its thanks the many generous donors on behalf of the children.

“Thanks to the many donations from our business partners, employees, and friends, we raised $15,500; we’re extremely proud of this achievement, which truly warms our hearts,” says Mélissa Robitaille, General Manager of Syscomax.

Overall, 291 teams of brave cyclists rode in the 2022 edition of the Make-A-Wish Quebec 48-HOUR RIDE, and $2,018,426 were raised and donated to the cause.
