Building on their success following the delivery of the 134,520-sq.-ft. YMX 4 building in July 2022, the Robitaille (Syscomax) family, along with Edifis and Aéroport de Montréal (ADM) companies, have decided to continue their efforts to fill the gap in available industrial rental space in the Greater Montreal Area by creating three new projects: YMX 1, YMX 2 and YMX 3.
Covering an area ranging from 105,840 sq. ft. to 135,120 sq. ft., these buildings, which can be subdivided into several units, will be similar in design. Their location on the Aérocité de Mirabel site, along Highway 50 and near major arteries, will offer clients a prime location for their commercial activity.
In order to facilitate the storage and distribution of products that require sufficient, large spaces, a 32-foot-clear-height structure will be erected for each of these industrial buildings. The buildings will also feature a state-of-the-art fire system as well as several loading docks fully adapted to tenants’ operational needs.
With their modern look and abundant natural light, these buildings, designed by Neuf Architect(e)s, are currently being built simultaneously within a few weeks of each other by the Syscomax team. Delivery is scheduled between March and May 2023.
