We’re delighted to announce that the partnership between real estate developer Valdev and Syscomax continues its momentum with the construction of a new project, the expansion of Valdev 6, a 202,500 ft2 (18,813 m2) industrial warehouse, originally built by the Syscomax team in 2022.
Located in the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield industrial park, this new 264,000 ft2 (24,526 m2) construction will meet the strong demand for industrial warehousing by doubling the current building’s total surface area.
Begun in May 2023 and designed by Monty et Associé Architectes, the project presents several major challenges, including a tight nine-month schedule, with delivery slated for February 2024, and the management of nearly 200,000 m3 of landfill. The Syscomax team is confident it will successfully meet these challenges.
